Right to Delete
- Navigate to the menu icon in the top left corner of the Pogo app
- Tap Data Dividends & Controls and scroll to the bottom of the page
- Select Delete My Account
- Once the deletion process is completed (allow 7 days for processing), you’ll receive a final email to confirm that your account and information was deleted.
Alternatively, you may submit this form to have your data deleted
Right to Opt-out of Sale or Sharing

Visit our Cookie Management Tool (located at the bottom left corner of joinpogo.com) to manage your cookie preferences.
Note: This does not apply to your use of our mobile applications and this opt out is browser-specific for the device you use to opt out. You must reset your preferences if you clear cookies or use a different browser or device.
Mobile Application (SDKs & Other Online Tracking) “Sales” & Targeted Advertising Opt Outs:
Pogo is a rewards program that relies on the exchange of information in order to provide you with Rewards. Online tracking technologies are essential to the exchange of such information and without tracking technologies, Pogo is unable to continue to provide the Service to you.
If you would like to exercise your right to opt-out as it relates to the use of SDKs and other tracking technologies in the Pogo mobile applications, you will have to delete your Pogo account (either by submitting this form or following the ‘Right to Delete’ instructions above)
Data Dividends “Sales/Shares” & Targeted Advertising Opt Outs:
To opt out of the sharing of the Personal Information you've shared with Pogo for market research and/or targeted advertising under the Data Dividends Program, visit the Data Dividends Control Center in the Pogo app and use the toggles* to reflect your preferences.

Note: If you opt out of Data Dividends, you will not be able to access certain app features, like receipt scanning or linking your retailer accounts.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
To limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information you’ve shared with Pogo for market research and/or targeted advertising under the Data Dividends Program, visit the Data Dividends Control Center in the Pogo app and use the toggles* to reflect your preferences.
